When can I subscribe?

With the official launch of the app in December 2026. If you leave your email in the form at the bottom of this page, we will let you know that same day and you will get priority access together with a free trial of the full experience.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. The subscription renews monthly and you can cancel it at any time from the app’s billing options or from the Help page. You keep access until the end of the period already billed.

What if we find it’s not for us?

You can request a full refund of any charge —the first one or a renewal— within 7 calendar days of the date it was made. You can review every detail in our Cancellation and refund policy.

How do I pay?

Payment is processed securely through Stripe, our payment provider: TAEO | EdTech never receives or stores your full card details. Before you confirm, you will always see the exact amount and the currency.

Do live guidance or the Academy have an extra cost?

No. Everything on this page is included in your monthly subscription: there are no higher tiers and no additional purchases inside the platform.

Is it for any age or condition?

Yes. The program follows developmental level, not chronological age, and starts from the skills already mastered today, not from a label. It supports neurotypical and autistic children (ASD) equally, as well as children with ADHD, Down syndrome, intellectual disability, language disorders, learning difficulties or other conditions, and those who without a diagnosis need support in daily life, whether they speak or communicate without speech.
